Our approach was centered on personalization. Using input from the user’s skin profile and routine preferences, the app tailors recommendations that align with their unique needs. Each interaction was designed to feel effortless yet deeply personal—like a one-on-one consultation with an expert.
The Sleep Experience: Sound Meets Science
Understanding the critical link between sleep and skin health, we integrated binaural sound technology into the app. These soundscapes, designed to aid relaxation and improve sleep quality, help users wind down while supporting their skin’s natural overnight regeneration process.
The Night Skin Routine app became the heartbeat of the Night Skin Science Center activation. Visitors didn’t just see Estée Lauder’s expertise—they lived it, engaging with a product that married innovation with intimacy. The app extended the brand’s presence into users’ homes, making the ritual of beauty an integral part of their nightly journey.
