Lovelight, a Melbourne based window furnishing manufacturer, had reached a ceiling in the project home builder market and saw an opportunity to expand through trade partnerships. To support this growth, they needed a seamless platform that helped these partners generate additional revenue through window furnishing orders—without adding complexity.

The expansion wasn’t without growing pains—partner frustrations, communication gaps, and increased team workload threatened the venture. We transformed their platform by improving pricing transparency, streamlining on-site processes, and launching new tools like their ‘Quick Quote’ POS, a bespoke order tracking app, and an internal ops workspace to manage all the moving parts.

Story

The redesigned platform streamlines the entire sales process. The order tracking app provides real-time on-site visibility for installers, while the Ops Workspace enables Lovelight's team to manage jobs seamlessly from quote to installation.
