To support this growth, they needed a seamless platform that helped these partners generate additional revenue through window furnishing orders—without adding complexity.
The expansion wasn’t without growing pains—partner frustrations, communication gaps, and increased team workload threatened the venture. We transformed their platform by improving pricing transparency, streamlining on-site processes, and launching new tools like their ‘Quick Quote’ POS, a bespoke order tracking app, and an internal ops workspace to manage all the moving parts.
