Pod Journey, a 1-on-1 coaching platform for podcasters, was in its early stages without a graphic identity or platform. They needed both design and development, along with a market entry strategy, to secure a second round of investment and bring their concept to life.
We designed and developed a sleek, contemporary platform and implemented an ambassador strategy targeting the highest-ranked podcast-related searches on YouTube. This approach helped onboard credible ambassadors, some of whom became coaches on the platform. The successful launch drove significant traffic to the website, boosted newsletter sign-ups, and, most importantly, ensured a successful second round of funding.
