Swing Index, an online golf coaching platform, faced several roadblocks: their graphic identity was outdated, the UI/UX was difficult to navigate, and they hadn’t acted on user feedback. Without consistent marketing, they struggled to attract new users or retain their existing base. Additionally, negotiations with premium golf equipment company Taylormade had stalled due to the platform’s lack of growth and brand cohesion.
We focused on making Swing Index more unified and contemporary, especially to appeal to a younger generation of golfers. By addressing user feedback and improving the platform’s experience, we increased user retention and positive reviews. The rise in engagement and new users ultimately led to a successful partnership with Taylormade.
“I've worked with Brad and Dane for over a decade, and there's two reasons why. First, the quality of work. And second, their ability to see the business from a macro perspective. To unpack it all, to get into the detail, versus flipping a project for a dollar amount. They're interested and invested in where the business is headed.”
