We stripped away the jargon and built a brand that felt intuitive, grounded, and distinctly Sydney. A new logo fused the Sydney Harbour Bridge with a Wi-Fi icon, instantly communicating the product’s purpose. A Jacaranda-inspired colour palette gave it an identity that felt local, familiar, and unmistakable. With a refined message and a design system built for clarity, Sydney Connected secured a second round of funding and a 60% jump in new users.
