Arts Northern Rivers, the leading regional arts authority in Northern NSW, was in rebuild mode following a major weather event. Their website faced significant accessibility issues, and users found it difficult to navigate. The team was hesitant to post new content, fearing the site design wouldn’t properly showcase their events and was prone to technical glitches. They needed a new platform to effectively communicate their mission and foster community engagement through workshops, grants, and cultural initiatives.
We developed a graphic system to enhance website navigation, particularly for regional events. By expanding the colour palette, refining iconography, and implementing a robust search function, patrons could easily find events, workshops, and cultural updates based on their location. Post-launch analytics revealed increased website engagement, newsletter sign-ups, and a surge in art and culture submissions from the community.
“We’ve had such great feedback from our community since launching the new website. Not only is it easier for our audience to use, but the training and support we received has made our team’s workload so much lighter. Brad & Dane, it’s been so great to work with you both.”
