KOT-J had built a reputation for sourcing the best in luxury consignment. In-store, the experience was seamless—trusted pricing, authenticated pieces, and a curated selection that kept shoppers coming back. But growing demand meant they had to go digital, and the challenge was clear: how do you take an in-person, high-touch experience and make it feel just as effortless online?

We reworked KOT-J’s graphic identity to scale beyond the showroom, then designed and built an eCommerce platform that felt as curated as their in-store experience. The shopping journey was intuitive, the reseller portal was built for transparency, and the brand’s edge carried through every touchpoint. Within a year, online purchases had jumped by 50%, and the reseller network had expanded—proof that luxury resale can feel just as personal without a physical storefront.
