Blurring the transition between spaces.

Cooke Landscape Architecture (CLA) creates site-specific landscapes that deepen the connection between people and place. But their expansion beyond Northern NSW called for a more refined client experience. Their website was slow, the inquiry process clunky, and their identity didn’t match the caliber of their work. The result? Missed opportunities, a frustrating client journey, and a brand that didn’t reflect their vision.
We gave CLA a system that works as seamlessly as the spaces they design. The new logomark captures the transition between indoor and outdoor environments, forming the ‘CLA’ acronym in a way that feels natural and considered. Paired with a refined, elegant serif, the identity balances structure with flow. A new website and automated project capture form smoothed out the client experience, making inquiries effortless and new opportunities easier to secure.

CLA now has a brand and digital presence that reflects the quality of their work. The client experience is seamless, the identity is cohesive, and the business is primed for growth.

Good Behaviour brought clarity and cohesion to Cooke Landscape Architecture’s brand and website. They understood my vision, challenged me where needed, and created space to reflect on our growth and future.
