CLA designs site-specific landscapes that connect people to their surroundings in new ways. They sought to expand their client base beyond Northern NSW but struggled with an outdated website and a slow, disjointed client experience. These issues were limiting new project opportunities and stifling growth.
We developed a graphic system that aligned with CLA’s philosophy. The logomark symbolised the transition between spaces, forming the acronym ‘CLA’ to represent a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor environments. A soft serif typeface added elegance to the bold mark, mirroring the harmony of these spaces. We also integrated an automated project capture form, streamlining the client experience and resulting in a significant increase in new inquiries post-launch.
“We are incredibly grateful to the Good Behaviour team for their amazing work. Thank you for driving the design process with such discernment, for understanding all my needs as a very particular client/designer and challenging me where necessary.”
